Our Support Representatives serve as the first point of contact for all prospective patients in need of assistance and guidance with an upcoming appointment. Support Representatives speak daily to prospective patients on their way to reclaim their health, smile, and confidence. Support Representatives must be able to think critically to provide prospective patients with timely solutions to their needs and challenges. Support Representatives must be able to connect with others easily, build rapport and show discretion and patience.
We are searching for individuals passionate about helping transform lives and demonstrate an ability to empathize and advocate for our prospective patients. The responsibilities include spending a majority of time on inbound phone calls from prospective patients, making outbound calls to existing leads, scheduling free consultations, and providing accurate driving directions. Act as an ambassador to the ClearChoice Core Values at all times showing compassion, conviction, teamwork, integrity, trust, impact, and passion for learning.
