Telehealth Program Manager

The Telehealth Program Manager will be responsible for several key areas, including leadership & program oversight, clinical supervision, compliance & quality assurance, financial & operational management, staff leadership & development, and client & community engagement. They will support the growth and execution of multi-state virtual IOP and PHP programs, ensuring care delivery aligns with Guidelight’s clinical standards and patient-first mission. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations across time zones and building a strong virtual team culture. Additionally, the Manager will provide clinical supervision for virtual program clinicians, monitor program performance metrics, and partner with leadership to achieve census and program growth targets. They will also recruit, train, and support virtual program staff and ensure clients experience a consistent, supportive entry into care.
