Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead to join our remote engineering team and ensure the quality of our content-rich SaaS platform. You will be responsible for comprehensive manual testing, test planning, and quality assurance processes as we prepare for a critical product launch and continue to scale our platform. This role is essential to catching issues before they reach production and maintaining our reputation for reliability.
You will perform thorough manual testing of new features, releases, and content updates across web and mobile platforms. Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the upcoming product launch and ongoing releases, conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and potential bugs that automated tests may miss. Test and validate large volumes of content within the platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper functionality, collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, document, and verify bug fixes.
