Salesforce Administrator- Business Operations

The Life Science Business Unit (LSBU) - Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator will work closely with the CRM Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform is capable of the essential functions for the business and enhancing the user experience within the organization. Responsibilities include Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, and permissions Perform routine maintenance, data uploads, and database clean-up; Generate and maintain views, reports and dashboards for business users; Integrate funnel data into sales data to improve forecasting and raw material planning; Conduct requirement gathering for new and changes to existing business processes.
