Go-To-Market Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the GTM Brain, an AI-powered system with 59+ skills, ensuring automation for research, meeting capture, drafting, briefs, and RFP answers.
• Manage the company website, including product and campaign pages, using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, and implement Figma designs to production.
• Oversee the RFP/RFI process, technical documentation, and the technical materials prospects see, acting as the in-house engineer.

Requirements:

• A CS or adjacent degree, with ability to ship production code in TypeScript/React and Python.
• Daily use of AI coding and agent tools, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity, with a desire for high ownership and learning.
