Forward Deployed Engineer US Security & IT – IT / Full-time / Remote

About the Role:

• This is a high-impact engineering role at the intersection of software development, AI automation, and real-world business operations.
• You will work directly with client teams to understand complex workflows and identify opportunities where technology can deliver measurable value.
• The role combines hands-on production engineering with customer-facing discovery.

Accountabilities:

• Shadow client teams and conduct structured discovery to understand operational workflows and identify pain points.
• Design and build production solutions integrating with TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms.
• Prototype and ship AI-powered automation including shipment tracking, automated check calls, and voice-based agents.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated workflows and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
