About the Role:
- Own full-stack development from Rails APIs to React/TypeScript frontends, with AI agents as a core part of your workflow.
- Take problems from customer conversation to production, validating outcomes with data.
- Work directly with founders and a small, exceptional engineering team.
Who You Are:
- Strong across the full stack with experience shipping and maintaining production systems.
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build customer-centric products with UI/UX polish.
- Write clearly and communicate effectively in a remote, async-heavy environment.

- Main goes to production fast with automated CI; approvals not always required.
