How We Work:

Remote-first across US and Canada, with in-person meetups twice a year.
Teams are small pods of 3-5 engineers.
Engineers stay close to customers through user interviews and support.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range for Canada: $299,300 - $372,600 CAD, plus bonus.
