Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the customer journey with an app-first mindset to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Steer and optimize shop and navigation structure including categories, filters, and rankings for web and app.
  • Monitor customer journeys, derive specific optimizations, and plan A/B testing modules.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of e-commerce experience focusing on customer journey, online marketing, digital merchandising, or CRO.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, digital journeys, and app-first logic.
  • Analytical skills and affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven management.
