Solution Architect - Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to align on success criteria and mitigate risks.
• Guide the instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB or self-managed clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP with secure network architectures.
• Architect data ingestion pipelines and advise on driver optimization, while producing high-quality technical deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep networking knowledge.
• Proven experience with enterprise IAM, including SSO and RBAC design.
