New Associate, Finance and Strategy - Central Ops

We’re looking for an Associate to join our Central Ops Finance & Strategy team. The Central Ops team serves as the operational and strategic hub of the broader F&S organization – driving quarterly planning and weekly business reviews, enabling fast decision-making, and supporting every corner of the business. In this high-impact role, you’ll build a strong foundational framework and deep understanding of the business, and partner across finance to guide financial decisions that shape our strategy. You’ll own and manage our TotalCo consolidated financial model, support weekly and monthly forecasting cadences, and play a key role in business performance management. You’ll also help build the frameworks, tools, and data pipelines that ensure accurate reporting and effective goal setting across the organization. The ideal candidate is nimble, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – from analyzing drivers of business performance, to partnering on quarterly planning, to solving data and system challenges.
