Role Description:
- As a Senior AI Product Builder, you own the full build loop for Automation Product and Strategy.
- Define how ShipBob's WMS integrates with automation hardware to lift productivity and quality.
- Use AI development toolchain to generate working code against the actual repo.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full product loop independently: AI-augmented discovery to outcome measurement.
- Independently conduct customer discovery and synthesize research using AI tools.
- Maintain a prioritized automation roadmap ranked by impact and speed.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of product management or engineering experience with hands-on AI tool usage.
- Technical fluency to read data models and evaluate AI-generated code.
- Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics technology.
