Senior Manager Product Designer (Web)

As a Senior Manager Product Designer Web, you will build design processes and deliver high-quality product interfaces. You will also maintain and evolve design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms. You will provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development, and build the team by recruiting, hiring, and training new members. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced skills in Figma and expertise in User Experience are essential and fluency in English is mandatory. Experience with design systems, metrics, analytics, and user feedback is also required while utilizing data-driven insights to refine design solutions and measure success. Strong project management abilities are needed to effectively prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks within the design team.
