Role Overview:
- Acorns is seeking a senior Brand Marketer to help lead brand growth and shape the financial wellness narrative for millions.
- This role is at the forefront of building brand love through integrated campaigns, creator partnerships, and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build integrated, content-first brand campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, and experiential channels.
- Write creative briefs and positioning that tie cultural moments to the Acorns mission.
- Drive full-funnel creator and influencer strategies from awareness to conversion.
Qualifications:
- 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or influencer management.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns from ground up with strong strategic and cross-functional skills.
- Curiosity and hands-on agility with AI tools to amplify creative output.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($142,000–$155,000/year) plus equity and bonus potential.
