About the role:

Your tasks:
- Lead one of three delivery lanes of AI initiatives: Forward deployed AI engineering.
- Support team members in driving transformation through stakeholder management.
- Work 50% hands-on overseeing automation tasks and standardization initiatives.
Your qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience with strong background in building DS/ML/AI systems in production.
- Comfortable with internal stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and care about building things the right way.
