Regulatory Compliance Manager

This new role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the foundation of our compliance function during a pivotal stage of growth as Cybrid expands its operations across Canada and the United States. You will play a critical role in ensuring our business aligns with evolving regulatory requirements — including those from the Bank of Canada, FINTRAC, FINCEN, OSC, CIRO, and other key regulators — while supporting our mission to build a secure and trusted financial infrastructure for our partners and customers. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of compliance frameworks and programs, oversee policy development and maintenance, manage regulatory change processes, and drive company-wide awareness through training and reporting. This is a highly visible and impactful role, ideal for someone eager to build scalable programs from the ground up and contribute directly to the integrity and long-term success of a rapidly growing fintech organization.
