A typical day involves overseeing the P&L, developing product line strategies, translating market needs, building customer relationships, and driving company engagement in standards. The role requires a background in business, engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management or business development. Strong knowledge of electrical/industrial products, market dynamics, and industry standards is essential. The role requires availability to travel 30%.
