Lead and scale our Real Estate & Workplace, Internal Events, Physical Security, and Executive Administration functions, providing the best possible experiences to Vanta teammates to enable them to do the best work of their careers. Focus on anticipating challenges of future scale before they materialize and building for the future. Continue to develop, scale, and execute a long term facilities and office strategy, anticipating our in-office attendance and internal events growth as a remote/hybrid mixed team. Continue to build and scale our internal events function and strategy, to improve teammate performance and connection to Vanta. Continue to scale our long-term strategy for effectively supporting our leaders. Develop and execute a physical security strategy for all of our offices and facilities. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support for our awesome Real Estate & Workplace, Internal Events, and Executive Administration teams, and continue hiring A+ teammates to scale them. Help provide meaningful, and current, benchmarking of best practices across all People Team functions, while rethinking everything from the ground up in keeping with Vantaβs principles and high level of action-orientation and operational rigor and excellence.
