Lead Vanta's core functions around improving the working experience of all Vantans worldwide, and scale them from several hundred to several thousand Vantans. The Head of Workplace and Teammate Experience will be highly analytical, thoughtful, business-oriented, humble, and low ego, and will have a playbook on how to scale these functions to provide top-notch employee experience to every Vanta’n, worldwide. This role will likely require a significant amount of travel.
