Senior Traffic Engineer - Rail

About the Role:

• This Senior Engineer position on the Rail Traffic team combines traffic engineering with railroad coordination and project delivery.
• You will work with Class I railroads, state DOTs, and local agencies to improve safety and mobility nationwide.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct site visits, review and prepare plans and studies, and collaborate on complex projects.
• Manage project coordination, direct client interaction, and ownership of delivery activities.
• Occasional travel to job sites for observation and client meetings.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of traffic or transportation engineering experience with strong design skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
