Director, Project Management

Purpose of Position:

• Establish and lead EdReports’ Project Management function at a pivotal moment.
• Operate as a senior delivery and operating-model leader.
• Play a central role in translating organizational strategy into coordinated, reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define standards, tools, and operating rhythms that support a product-led, learning-driven delivery model.
• Design, operationalize, and continuously improve portfolio planning and delivery lifecycle processes.
• Build and maintain systems for transparency, including delivery metrics, dashboards, and risk tracking.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in project management, product operations, program management, or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading delivery for product-led or iterative work.
