As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the full customer journey — from activation to renewal to expansion. This is a revenue-critical role where you'll build a scalable automation engine and a connected customer journey that drives measurable growth at every stage of the funnel. Responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle across restaurant partners and diners, building and optimizing multi-stage nurture and retention programs, and partnering with Sales, CX, and Product to create a seamless, data-driven experience. You'll improve onboarding and activation through behavioral triggers and personalization, as well as create cross-sell, upsell, referral, and win-back programs. Additionally, you will establish a testing culture and translate data into actionable insights to improve funnel performance.
