Translates proven AI techniques into reusable platform services, SDKs, and frameworks to accelerate adoption across the engineering organization.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Leads special initiatives and tiger teams focused on high-impact efforts, such as codebase modernization and CI/CD automation.

Mentors engineers on the effective and responsible use of AI, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Shapes the future of AI engineering by contributing to the technical strategy for AI integration into the developer platform and engineering practices.

Technical Expertise:

Requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership with org-wide impact.

Needs deep understanding of AI/ML tools and APIs (LLMs, code assistants, AI testing tools) and their application to developer workflows.

Must have backend or fullstack expertise in technologies like Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go, React, TypeScript, or React Native.
