Global Operations Manager

Role: Global Operations Manager:

• We are looking for a Global Operations Manager to lead our Product Support & Operations function, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform globally.
• You’ll drive operational excellence, lead a growing team, and shape how we scale our infrastructure and support capabilities.
• You’ll take ownership of our Azure-based Kubernetes environments, improve automation and processes, and ensure we consistently meet (and exceed) SLA expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes environments.
• Proven leadership experience in DevOps / Operations teams.
