What You’ll Do:
- Project manage post-merger integrations from Day 1 planning through to full operational integration.
- Build integration plans for each acquisition, including timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies across functions.
- Run the integration management office — chair workstream meetings, track progress, and report status to the executive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years running M&A integration workstreams.
- Hands-on experience managing post-merger integrations end-to-end, including Day 1 planning and operational integration.
- Track record managing cross-functional projects across Finance, People, Tech, Operations, and Commercial workstreams.
