Job Description
As a leader and technical expert in Software Engineering, you’ll manage two teams of 5 talented intermediate, Senior and Staff level engineers to ensure our Platform teams continue delivering value to our stakeholders. You’ll work closely with engineers, design and product to ensure the roadmap for each team balances quality, maintainability, innovation and speed. The Manager, Software Engineering will live and breathe performance facilitation. You want to work with your team(s) to help them master their individual crafts, while also collaborating to build extraordinary experiences and systems. Be committed to the success of your people. Remove roadblocks and build guardrails. You’ll work with the other leaders to create and maintain an environment where people can rapidly produce top-quality work that ultimately helps our customers be successful.
