Portfolio Governance & Operations:

• Manage a diverse international FM portfolio including logistics sites, warehouses, and offices.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and operational continuity through strong leadership.
• Provide strategic direction to Technical Engineering for conveyor and automation systems.

People & Budget Management:

• Lead a decentralized, multi-country FM organization with clear accountability.
• Own and steer a multi-million euro budget with financial transparency.
• Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and scalable governance frameworks.
