Head of Facility Management Europe

About the Role:

• Define and drive the European Facility Management strategy, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth
• Oversee a diverse portfolio including logistics centers, warehouses, headquarters, and offices
• Provide strategic leadership to the Technical Engineering organization

About your Tasks:

• Develop and implement a future-oriented European Facility Management strategy
• Lead and further develop international Facility Management organization with clear governance
• Manage and optimize a multi-million-euro budget (CAPEX & OPEX) with financial transparency

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management, ideally in logistics or industrial environments
• Proven experience in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for multiple international locations
• Strong track record in leading large teams and managing multi-million-euro budgets
