What YOU will do at Luma Health:
- Own the vision & roadmap for Luma’s Eligibility, Prior Auth, and Payments products—spanning payer connectivity, EHR touchpoints, workflow automation, and operational controls (rules, exceptions, auditability).
- Design the core capabilities and experiences that make RCM workflows reliable: eligibility checks/re-checks, benefits visibility, prior auth initiation and status tracking.
- Customer discovery & UX: run research with revenue cycle, front desk, referrals, and care ops teams; turn messy real-world processes into simple, resilient flows that reduce manual work and minimize errors.
Insights & experimentation:
- Define KPIs, instrumentation, and experiments; analyze fallout points (payer timeouts, data mismatches, auth delays, denials, incomplete patient inputs, payment abandonment) to drive prioritization and iteration.
- Go-to-market readiness: partner with CS/Sales/Marketing on packaging, pricing, enablement, and launch plans; create demos, ROI narratives, and rollout/migration paths from current processes and tools.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including building and scaling Eligibility, Prior Auth, and/or Payments products.
- BA/BS Degree required. Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data.
- Hands-on with LLM/AI products (prompt design, agentic automation, tools/integrations, evaluation, red-teaming, safety guardrails) and clear criteria for human escalation.
