What you will do:

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for internal technology and third-party processing partner issues.
  • Collaborate with Development and Product Support to resolve issues escalated from Operations and Integrations teams.
  • Serve as a crucial liaison and Subject Matter Expert for Trustly's technology across all teams.

Who you are:

  • Possess excellent English skills and can develop solutions using Java/C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
  • Have the ability to debug merchant issues, perform RESTful API calls, and quality assure new product features.
  • Bring experience in merchant operations, technical customer support, or Software QA, with knowledge of AWS, Salesforce, and databases.
