Director, People Systems - Workday Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people. This hands-on role reports to the Snr Dir, People Systems to advance a recruiting systems strategy that supports business needs that include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of both a technical and functional nature. The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition has a deep understanding of recruiting processes and practices, security, data integrity, system configuration & design, system enhancements & upgrades, and expertise within several areas of People Systems including Workday Recruiting, Workday Security, Reporting, Employee/Manager Self-Service & Onboarding. You will drive, influence, and collaborate with the People Team and Systems team as well as stakeholders across the organization to identify solutions (tools and processes) that meet business needs.
