Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions.
- Build and manage dynamic, responsive dashboards and reports.
- Develop and implement reporting solutions compliant with Multi-Customer Configuration.
Data Integration & Validation:
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Understand data flowing into ServiceNow from sources like ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, SevOne.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience working in a Domain Separated ServiceNow environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist Platform Analytics.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITOM, CSM, FSM, or ITAM.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
