As an Engineering Manager you will grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture, apply Tribal Leadership principles, promote continuous improvement, follow Agile principles and make the team's mission clear. You will also drive the implementation of the roadmap, manage expectations, ensure productivity, and prioritize the team’s roadmap.
