Talent Product Manager

We are seeking a Talent Product Manager to bridge the gap between Talent Strategy and People Technology. This role will ensure that our Talent Philosophy and frameworks are effectively translated and integrated into the design of our Talent tools and broader HR technology stack. The Talent Product Manager will partner closely with the People Technology team, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize digital experiences that support performance management, learning, talent development, and employee growth. Partner with Talent Management, L&D, Performance, and Compensation teams to translate talent philosophies, performance frameworks, competency models and development pathways into system requirements, design and functionality to enable scale and adoption. Collaborate and drive alignment with between Talent and Technology processes and teams to define functional and technical specifications, ensure optimal configuration and user experience for new and existing HR systems. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent-related systems, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, testing, and adoption.
