Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a newly formed billing and follow-up department to collect from insurance companies.
- Develop operational processes and hire a high performing team for revenue cycle management.
- Monitor team productivity and coordinate with departments to resolve open accounts.
What We Look For:
- 5-7 years healthcare billing experience with insurers, plus 3+ years people management.
- Comfort with ambiguity and desire to shape operational strategy.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Remote work with regular in-person team events and travel to San Jose up to three times a year.
