Manager, Billing and Follow-up

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a newly formed billing and follow-up department to collect from insurance companies.
• Develop operational processes and hire a high performing team for revenue cycle management.
• Monitor team productivity and coordinate with departments to resolve open accounts.

What We Look For:

• 5-7 years healthcare billing experience with insurers, plus 3+ years people management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and desire to shape operational strategy.
