About the Role:

  • You'll be part of the Payor Partnership Support Team providing a best in class experience to clinicians and clients.
  • You'll report to the team manager and collaborate across teams.
  • This role is fully remote with travel 2-3 times per year.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients.
  • Collaborating with Customer Operations and other teams to solve roadblocks.
  • Working with RCM and Engineering on bugs and billing issues.

You'd Be a Great Fit If:

  • You have at least 2 years of customer support experience, healthcare billing a plus.
  • You are empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience with health insurance and billing, and intermediate technical understanding.
