Referral Network Specialist

This home-based position is designed to take your career to the next level, using your expertise and broadening your professional scope to contribute to the growth of PSI's innovative referral programs. You will build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across various therapeutic areas, ensuring a smooth and effective referral process between referring physicians and study investigators. In this exciting role, you will identify and select physicians, providing them with valuable training and support throughout the referral process to enhance their skills and effectiveness. You will plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, whether in person and/or via video conference, to promote collaboration. Following this, you will be responsible for documenting key discussions and objectives in a report. Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams, ensuring agreed-upon tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with various departments at PSI CRO, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of the referral process across all projects.
