Responsibilities:

  • Own the services sales strategy, quota, and target account list for the assigned territory, partnering with sales teams and delivery partners.
  • Proactively create demand and manage the end-to-end forecasting process for new services opportunities in both new and existing customers.
  • Lead solutioning, scoping, and proposal development for Impact, Implementation Services, and Training offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of services sales experience within a SaaS software or solution sales organization.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets for Services, Success, or Training with a new account sales focus.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across business lines and with multiple customer and partner personas, including executives.

  • This role requires travel up to 75% depending on geography and region.
