Your Role:
- As a Sr. AI Engineer: Speech, you’ll be a senior technical leader shaping the models and systems for Dialpad’s AI voice agents.
- You’ll guide the team on state-of-the-art speech models and decoders while making hands-on contributions across speech recognition and real-time inference.
What You’ll Do:
- Set technical direction for speech-model and decoder strategy across the team.
- Lead research and implementation of ASR/STT and speech-enhancement models.
- Improve the speech pipeline end to end, including decoding and streaming behavior.
Skills You’ll Bring:
- Strong Python and deep learning framework experience, especially PyTorch.
- 5+ years of experience in speech ML or a closely related field.
- Deep understanding of modern ASR architectures and production systems.
