- Land architecture decisions through persuasion rather than mandate.
Team Leadership:
- Take over people leadership for three AI engineers and help them level up.
- Grow engineers into ones who set the technical bar themselves.
- Balance hands-on work (70%) with technical and people leadership.
Technical Breadth:
- Work with Python, pydantic-ai, qdrant, Azure AI, Kubernetes, and a JVM/Go backend.
- Tackle multi-agent systems that are specific yet generalizable.
- Ensure cost, latency, and reliability for LLM systems in production.
