About the Role:
- We are seeking a proactive Systems Operations Support Analyst to support our fulfillment platform during off-hours.
- You will serve as the primary engineering resource for the business during your shift, monitoring systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Ideal candidate has strong Python, SQL, and JSON skills and thrives on solving technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide off-hours coverage to monitor and maintain fulfillment operations, responding to alerts and operational support requests.
- Investigate production issues across logs, databases, APIs, and code to determine root cause and resolve incidents.
- Develop small Python scripts and automation tools, and perform routine system maintenance.
Qualifications and Perks:
- 2+ years in software engineering or systems support, with intermediate Python and SQL proficiency.
- Experience with JSON APIs, troubleshooting production applications, and using Jira/Confluence.
