Generalist (Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finances and back-end operations: pay vendors, supervise accountants, handle payroll and benefits, ensure compliance.
• Support Pathfinder groups: onboard new groups, explain fiscal sponsorship, monitor spending, process grants.
• Build systems and automations: identify repetitive tasks and implement efficient solutions using AI and automation tools.
