Operations Associate

Day-to-Day Execution:

• Run the weekly money rhythm: handle invoice intake, payment runs, expense triage, and payroll support.
• Own the compliance calendar: manage company filings, registrations, and insurance renewals.
• Use our in-house AI stack for contract review, document generation, and automated digests.

Deal Support:

• Turn deal paperwork around fast: order forms, NDAs, and e-signatures within 24 hours.
• Handle security questionnaires and procurement portals for enterprise customers.
• Back up the sales team on operational logistics and POV support.

Team Logistics:

• Run quarterly offsites for 40-50 people across Europe and the US.
• Manage venue sourcing, contracts, flights, and on-the-day fixes.
• Write down operational processes into playbooks for the whole team.

Growth Opportunity:

• Build the ops team as Maze grows, with exposure to board-level work.
• Automate more processes using the AI stack and shape the tools you use daily.
