About the Opportunity:
- You will be the first dedicated technical presence for Arabic-speaking markets in the MENA region.
- You'll lead the technical design and delivery of customer implementations from kickoff through production cutover.
- You'll work alongside EMEA Applied Engineers and help extend coverage toward APAC hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA.
- Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, and evaluations for regional prospects.
- Represent Deepgram at regional events and provide feedback to Product and Research teams.
Your First 90 Days:
- First 30 days: Complete comprehensive onboarding and shadow active implementation engagements.
- 60 days: Begin owning customer implementations and lead technical discovery for prospects.
- 90 days: Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts and establish a feedback loop on Arabic model performance.
Qualifications:
- Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic and excellent English.
- 4+ years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong software engineering background with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or similar languages.
