Content Designer (UX) (15-month Contract)

The Content Design Team is seeking a Content Designer to create product content. As a Content Designer at PointClickCare, you will tackle content design challenges for both new and existing platforms, with the goal of making them intuitive for customers. You’ll collaborate with UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders throughout the design process, from researching and drafting content strategies to refining mock-ups and content prototypes, and writing content to help customers use the products successfully. You will anticipate user needs and establish content design best practices in line with PointClickCare design standards. Throughout the process, you will advocate for users and explore AI-driven content design approaches, contributing to conversational design solutions for user interactions. The position will require travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for in-office events.
