Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE)

About the Role:

• Play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our existing product.
• Work directly with support, product lead and clients to understand issues.
• Maintain high standards for product delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute test plans across functional, regression, and edge‑case scenarios.
• Communicate directly with support, product lead, and clients to understand reported issues and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with remote team members across multiple time zones.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in software testing, QA, or a related role.
• Strong experience with Postman , Jira , AIO , or equivalent test management tools.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take ownership of product quality.
