Senior Manager, UX Design

This strategic leadership role is critical to integrating Artificial Intelligence into our design DNA, dramatically accelerating design-to-code productivity, and fundamentally reshaping the customer experience of our applications. As the Senior Manager of User Experience, you will be at the forefront of defining the future of offensive security, driving unprecedented efficiency, and cultivating a team culture that thrives on cutting-edge approaches to design and is constantly innovating our ways of working. Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering their growth in AI-driven design practices and empowering them to deliver exceptional work. Develop and execute a clear strategy for the successful implementation and adoption of AI within the UX and full-stack development partnership. Direct the continuous exploration and evaluation of emerging generative design tools and other AI-powered solutions, making strategic decisions on their integration to elevate the team's design capabilities. Partner with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and forward-thinking approach to user experience across our entire product platform.
