Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager will own the email marketing strategy end-to-end, from ideation to execution. The role includes building, deploying, and analyzing email campaigns that engage leads, nurture prospects, and retain customers. The manager will also develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to different customer journeys. Defining and monitoring KPIs, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize performance and increase ROI will also be key, ensuring all campaigns meet deliverability, compliance, and brand standards. Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging with company growth goals is a must, as is staying up to date with best practices, tools, and trends in SaaS and email marketing.
