Middleware Administration:
- Install, configure, patch, and tune Oracle WebCenter (Portal and Content), Enterprise Manager, OID, and OAM.
- Own SSL/TLS certificate management and encryption configurations.
- Drive remediation of identified issues via Enterprise Manager monitoring.
Security & Compliance:
- Enforce federal security controls including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
- Support DOE cybersecurity audits and assessments related to middleware and encryption.
- Maintain authentication, directory services, and single sign-on for DOE applications.
Secondary Support & Collaboration:
- Provide backup support for Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, and Data Integrator.
- Coordinate with DOE program managers, security teams, and other Oracle SMEs.
- Bring an AI-focused/automation mindset to continuous improvement.
