Responsibilities:

  • Partner with P&C COE leaders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Support large, cross-functional strategic initiatives as well as ongoing business-as-usual projects.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track project progress against milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Prepare and distribute clear, accurate status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risks/issues logs.

Stakeholder Support:

  • Facilitate regular project meetings, including agenda preparation and action-item tracking.
  • Serve as a coordination point between COEs, project teams, and leadership.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and decisions made by sponsors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting projects, ideally within HR or a corporate function.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
