Responsibilities:
- Partner with P&C COE leaders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support large, cross-functional strategic initiatives as well as ongoing business-as-usual projects.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Track project progress against milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute clear, accurate status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risks/issues logs.
Stakeholder Support:
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including agenda preparation and action-item tracking.
- Serve as a coordination point between COEs, project teams, and leadership.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and decisions made by sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting projects, ideally within HR or a corporate function.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
